It may be the worst-kept secret in entertainment of late, what with Paris Hilton spouting off about it last weekend in Vegas, but Christina Aguilera has still not publicly confirmed that she and record exec hubby Jordan Bratman are expecting. Well, she doesn’t have to anymore, because someone else has done it for her, direct to OK!.

While chatting recently with the Executive Producer of this Sunday’s Emmy Awards, OK! learned a lot about what to expect from the gala event — the stage layout is different; Kanye West is going to perform; and, oh yeah, Christina is definitely preggers!

In describing to OK! how the songtress will be performing the classic tune “Steppin’ Out,” Exec. Producer Ken Ehrlic casually let it slip that “We’re sensitive to the pregnancy, but I can’t wait for her to sing.” Oops. Guess the pregnant cat is out of the bag now.

So, come on Christina, why not come out and tell everyone the good news? We promise to bring a nice gift to the baby shower.

Singer/songwriter Christina Aguilera is reportedly a three months expectant mum.

According to a source, the ‘Stripped’ singer has been announcing the arrival of her baby to friends.

“She`s been telling friends, she has to be three months now, because she`s announcing it, the source revealed.

Until now, the 26-year-old has been fuelling her pregnancy rumours by keeping mum about her expected motherhood.

Aguilera is pregnant with hubby Jordan Bratman’s child, and the reports came out when the couple visited New York’s Maternal Fetal Medicine Association, which is known for its state-of-the-art ultrasounds and expertise in high-risk pregnancies.

The ‘Dirty’ singer also looked to be donning a small bump while shopping in Soho.

The singer married marketing manager Bratman in November 2005 after dating for three years, and this will be the couple’s first child.

However Aguilera’s reps have not confirmed the reports.

Rumors of a pregnant Christina Aguilera have been a dime a dozen over the past year, but all have been eventually disproven. Now TMZ.com reports that the pint-sized pop princess visited a posh maternity doctor in New York on Thursday.

Aguilera was “casually dressed and sporting dark sunglasses. Xtina and hubby Jordan Bratman had their driver drop them off at NY’s Maternal Fetal Medicine Association - a practice known for their expertise in high-risk pregnancies and state-of-the-art ultrasounds,” read a post on the high traffic gossip news website.

After the visit with the baby doctor, the couple reportedly high-tailed it down to trendy Capitale for a bite to eat.

We’re all happy for Aguilera if in fact she’s carrying a bun in the oven, but curious as to why she would need to see a doctor that specializes in “high-risk” pregnancies. Her reps refused to comment on the topic to TMZ.com.

Let’s hope it’s much a do about nothing and that the couple have as much success with a new baby as it’s so clearly evident they are with their marriage.
