Everyone seems to be really bothered and fussy about the controversial curves of Jessica Simpson. Days after Jessica’s sister Ashley and her husband Pete Wentz made comments against the media for putting too much spotlight on Jessica. It’s now her ex-boyfriend’s turn to open his mouth. Here’s what Nick Lachey was quoted as saying Us Magazine reports:

“I wish her nothing but the best, and I hope she’s happy – whatever size that comes in,” he told Extra. “I can’t believe it’s this big of a story and people are making such a huge deal about it. I’m never ceased to be amazed by people’s reactions to things.”

Well I guess Nick is still missing those curves which he used to feel every day when they were together.

Jessica Simpson’s ass looked really fat at a concert put on by Radio 99.9 Kiss in conjunction with an annual chili cook-off in Pembroke Pines, Florida on Sunday. We wonder whether she is pregnant or not? I really don’t think so otherwise she wouldn’t have taken the risk to perform at a concert. However her sister Ashlee got really pissed off with all the attention that the news is giving to her sister’s weight.  Ashlee took the time to address this situation on her blog.

“Since when did a woman’s weight become newsworthy.  A week after the inauguration and with such a feeling of hope in the air for our country, I find it completely embarrassing and belittling to all the women to read about a woman’s weight or figure.  All women come in different shapes, sizes and forms and because you’re a celebrity, there shouldn’t be a different standard.”

Whatever may be the reason I believe that it’s her stylist who should be blamed for her looks. With those high waisted pants anyone will look overweight.

Looks like Jessica Simpson has a pet name for beau Tony Romo: Cowboy.

At Thursday night’s KJ.97 Randy Carroll’s Christmas Bash in San Antonio, Texas, Simpson, 27, sang three songs and repeatedly referred to “my cowboy.”

(It’s not a huge stretch: He’s the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys.)

Before belting out her tune, “Come on Over,” Simpson chatted with country singer Billy Carrington about her love life on stage.

“So, I see you really like doing the guitar playing thing, the hair, the cargo pants you’re wearing – everything I used to date,” she said. “But aren’t you a cowboy, too?”

Switching gears to talk about Romo, whom she never mentioned by name, Simpson said: “You know, I’ve got a cowboy, only my cowboy is a little bit different. I wrote this song for my cowboy – it’s called ‘Come On Over.’ I can’t help it. I want him all the time.”

“Tony is everything I could dream of and I really love him. I’m proud to be his girlfriend.” “Even if things don’t work out between Tony and me, though, knock on wood, I believe they will, I don’t regret anything I’ve ever said. The blonde actress further said that she doesn”t regret her days spent with ex-hubby Nick Lachey or the MTV reality show ”Newlyweds” since it has made her the person she is.

Jessica said “I don’t regret the show or my marriage. Not at all. “It made me who I am. I admit I’m a ditz and I’ve had my moments – I’m the first one to walk on stage, trip up in front of thousands of people and split my pants, but I don”t take myself too seriously.”

The buxom singing star was ejected from a Marc Jacobs Fashion Show afterparty during a drunken night out in the Big Apple on September 8.

“Jessica was stumbling around the party slurring her words and barely able to stand,” says a Star Magazine insider, who claims Jessica was asked to leave the event just before dinner.

“It was embarrassing! In New York, it doesn’t matter who you are If you’re acting like a fool, no one will stand for it.”

The hotel guest claims “He said ‘Jess’ a bunch of times, so I would think he was talking to Jessica Simpson. He looked wiped out, circles under his eyes, and some pal was grabbing him coffee while he was having this fight over the phone. There was a lot I couldn’t hear, but at the end before he hung up, he told her to stop calling, stop texting, stop all of it — leave me alone! He was shaking his head back and forth like, ‘God, make her stop,’ and his friend was sort of chuckling at him.”

Jessica has reportedly been following John around like a lost puppy.

This news comes right on the heels of reports that Jessica’s star power may be winding down. According to a popular weekly mag: “We’re doing focus groups and the girls don’t like her and don’t want to read about her.”

Buxom Jessica Simpson claims her breasts stopped her from forging a career as a gospel singer when she was younger, because they made her appear too sexual.

The 26-year-old was asked not to sing solos in church, because men found her feminine assets too distracting.

However, having found fame and success as both a pop singer and an actress career, Simpson now “wears” her breasts proudly.

She says, “I always felt they disabled me from what I wanted to do. Now, I own them.

“They’re like wearing a great necklace. You can’t pay for that sort of accessory – though I know people do. But they never look as good at the real ones.”
